Vistawall glass systems are also designed to provide clean, unobtrusive lines and come in many configurations and finishes to compliment virtually any surrounding surface. Vistawall glass entrances are offered in all standard configurations and finishes to complement virtually any surrounding surface.

Unique top and bottom center pivots are designed to enable easy door to frame alignment during and after installation. This is one of two critical features required long term operation.

The other critical feature is glass panels which stay engaged in the fittings. The fittings are solid extruded aluminum around the glass pocket to ensure that they maintain their shape and tight hold on the glass panels. The panels are dry glazed into EPDM gaskets by means of a 2500 ton hydraulic press which consistently produces proper installation. The EPDM gaskets also maintain their shape yet are designed to “give” sufficiently such that the stresses produced when the door is opened and closed are not transferred to the glass. This construction enable the fittings to maintain their hold on the glass panels. (The tempered glass panels meet the requirements of federal specification DD-G-1403F).

The fitting end caps are finely tooled to a rounded shape and installed tight and flush to create a clean, attractive detail in the straight or tapered design. Fittings are available anodized in clear, bronze or black or clad in polished or satin stainless steel or brass and oil rubbed bronze. The 1⁄2" tempered glass panels (3⁄4" for larger doors) may be specified clear or with a bronze tint.
